This Privacy Policy explains, in question-and-answer form, how Fenzoice Inc. handles information about people who visit fenzoice.com.
What information do you collect?
Two kinds. First, anything you send us yourself, such as your name, email address, phone number and message when you get in touch. Second, technical information our server records automatically on each visit: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view and the time of your visit.
Do you ask for my ZIP code or street address?
Our article has an optional ZIP code search box. If you use it, the ZIP you enter is passed to our comparison partner, reviews.org, so it can open provider results for that area. To find the right results page, our server sends the ZIP to reviews.org once. We do not save it, add it to a profile or use it for anything else. Once you arrive, reviews.org’s own privacy policy applies. We never ask for your street address or account details.
How do you use the information?
To run and secure the website, reply to messages, understand in general terms how visitors use our pages, fix problems and meet legal requirements.
Do you use cookies?
Our pages, or service providers acting for us, may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working and to measure visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
What happens when I click an offer link?
Offer links include a randomly generated click ID so a partner can credit a referral from fenzoice.com. The ID does not include your name or contact details. Once you are on a partner's website, that company's privacy policy applies.
Do you sell or share my information?
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host or support the website on our behalf, or when the law requires it or it is necessary to protect rights and safety.
How long do you keep it?
Only as long as we need it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and messages are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable time afterward.
How do you protect it?
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can promise complete security, but we work to keep the information we hold safe.
Is this website for children?
No. fenzoice.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
What rights do I have?
Depending on the state you live in, including Texas, you may be able to ask us to tell you what personal information we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and using your rights will never affect how we treat you.
